The purpose of TRIANGLE APPRAISAL & REAL ESTATE SCHOOL is to
conduct appraisal prelicensing/ precertification courses intending
to provide students with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to
act as an appraiser and to prepare students for the appraisal
licensing/certification examination.
For entrance a high school diploma is recommended. No student
shall be denied admission on the basis of age, sex, race, color,
creed, national origin, or religious preference. Each student must
execute an enrollment contract prior to the first scheduled class
meeting. The school reserves the right to cancel a course with fewer
than five (5) students; in such case the school will refund all
moneys paid including the deposit.
Students must attend 90% of all classroom instruction and must
achieve a grade of 75% or above for completion of each course, If a
student fails the final examination, he or she will be entitled,
within 90 days, to take a re-exam free of charge and may attend that
course again at no charge.

Carolina Appraisal Board and any complaints concerning the school
